Through art, reflection, storytelling, and community connection, Sacred Womb Arts offers a supportive six-week journey designed to nurture creativity, emotional wellbeing, and embodied wisdom.
This experience welcomes participants of all artistic backgrounds. No previous art experience is required. Through guided creative practices, journaling, and group exploration, participants will be invited to reconnect with their inner voice, cultivate self-expression, and deepen their relationship with themselves and community.

Week One: Returning to the Womb
Creating safety, intention, and connection.
Week Two: The Waters Within
Exploring emotion, flow, and creative expression.
Week Three: Ancestral Threads
Honoring personal stories, lineage, and remembrance.
Week Four: Reclaiming Voice
Expression, boundaries, and authentic communication.
Week Five: Creative Power & Vision
Dreaming, creating, and embodying possibility.
Week Six: Integration & Community Sharing
Celebration, reflection, and completion.
Duration: 6 Weeks on Thursday evenings

Investment: $250~$175 sliding scale available
